Services & turnaround

Everything we make, and how fast you'll have it.

Fixed, removable and printed work out of one small shop in Northeast Ohio. No portion of your case is sent anywhere else.

Turnaround windows

What we can actually hold to.

We would rather publish a date we can hit than a headline we can't. If you have a deadline that doesn't fit the standard window, ask about a rush — we can move a case to the front of the bench for a fee, and we'll tell you the number before you commit.

Standard
About two weeksOur normal in-lab window across most case types, not counting transit. We confirm your date when the case arrives.
Rush
24–48 hoursCrowns, dentures and abutments in 24 hours, partials in 48, when your case is prioritized ahead of the bench. Carries a rush fee — ask and we'll quote it.
Printed work
FasterRetainers, guards, bleach trays and models generally move quicker than milled work. Tell us your date and we'll tell you honestly if we can hit it.

If you have a deadline that isn't on this list, ask. We'd rather rearrange the bench than tell you no — and if we genuinely can't hit your date, we'll say that instead of quietly missing it.

Fixed work

Crowns, bridges and implant restorations.

Zirconia

Milled on our Ceramill and Programill machines, then sintered on programs we wrote and validated ourselves rather than taking a preset off the shelf. Monolithic where strength matters, cut back and layered where the esthetics do.

Lithium disilicate

For anterior units, veneers, inlays and onlays where translucency and shade match carry the case. Stained and glazed by hand.

Implant abutments

Milled to the platform you place. Tell us which system you use and whether you want it screw-retained or cement-retained, and we’ll confirm we can support it before you send the case.

Materials

Ivoclar and Amann Girrbach lines only — the same materials the large labs run. We don't stock a budget alternative and we don't substitute one in quietly.

It costs more and it's part of why we price the way we do. Properly processed zirconia is harder than natural enamel; we build restorations to survive years of function, not to look right on seat day.

Shade matching

Send photos with a shade tab in frame and we’ll match to them. If a case is difficult, call us and we’ll talk it through before anything gets milled — a two-minute conversation beats a remake every time.

Removable & printed

If a printer can make it, we can make it.

We recently put real money into a full SprintRay workflow — printer, washer and curing unit. It changed what we can turn around in a day.

Dentures

Milled and finished in house, start to finish.

Partials

Printed, cured and finished on the SprintRay workflow.

Retainers

Printed on the SprintRay workflow — quality that holds up next to anything thermoformed.

Nightguards

From a scan or an impression. Tell us what you want and we’ll build to it.

Custom bleach trays

Printed to your model.

Mouthguards & models

Sports guards and printed models, produced in house.

Have something unusual? Ask. If it's printable we'll tell you yes or no the same day, and we won't charge you to find out.

Analog cases welcome

Give us the impression. Keep the model.

We run a desktop scanner that reads physical impressions, so you don't need an intraoral scanner to work with us. Send the impression, or let us pick it up, and we'll digitize it on our end.

Then we'll print you a model off that scan and it's yours to keep. Next time that patient comes through, send the model back and we work from what you already have. Ask us what a model costs — it's a one-time charge per case, not a recurring one.

On price

We're a small shop without a building to pay for, and our pricing reflects that. But we're not going to post a number here and pretend it fits every practice.

Send us what you're currently paying and what you're getting for it. If we can beat it, we'll tell you exactly by how much. If we can't, we'll tell you that too — and you'll have lost nothing but the email.
